Functional Solutions Consultant/Client Success Manager for Managed Services

We are looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager with 4+ years experience, delivering direct full life cycle NetSuite implementations, managed services, and support.  In addition, a background in Client Relationship Management, Project Management, and Team Leadership is desired.  The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Customer Experience with the drive and responsibility to be their Trusted Advisor. They will align closely with our account teams, consult with business solutions experts, and build a success strategy to support the customer post Go-Live. This position is an integral part of our long-term relationship with customers, and the efforts put forth by this individual will directly impact the value realized and the ultimate success of that partnership.

The CSM will develop and maintain strategic proficiency on NetSuite products and services, help integrate, adopt, and deliver success criteria to maximize the customer’s investment by working proactively to be the ultimate voice of the customer. This position will require to be a working NetSuite consultant supporting the customer as well as having the ability to assign to other team members as needed.

 Responsibilities:

  • Perform in a leadership role within the NetSuite Practice by leading delivery of managed services customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution
  • Implementing and configuring NetSuite: This involves working with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and then designing and implementing NetSuite solutions they meet those needs. This may involve configuring NetSuite modules, customizing workflows, and integrating with other systems.
  • Create, plan and drive Customer Success Plans.  Retain long-term relationships through advocacy by providing value throughout the customer partnership – be a trusted advisor
  • Perform in a leadership role within the NetSuite Practice by leading client delivery teams, sharing your individual subject matter expertise, and being a primary liaison to our clients
  • Analyze data independently to discover insights that drive operational recommendations
  • Identify risks, KPIs, and opportunities for improvement and collaborate with internal teams to develop clear plans of action
  • Establish and oversee the customer’s adoption, ensure training needs are met, and develop best practices to remove friction, reduce manual workflows and to continually drive the customer return on investment (ROI) and long-term-value (LTV)
  • Proactively identify and mitigate account risk, prevent churn
  • Responsible for delivering on key measures of performance to include client satisfaction (NPS), utilization, consumption of clients' contracted hours, SOW creation
  • Assures quality of delivery to clients and manages escalation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years NetSuite experience preferred (2 years required)
    • Experience facilitating design and configuration of NetSuite
    • Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications
    • Ability to lead workshops, including the gathering/documenting of requirements and use-cases and recommendation of envisioned processes
    • Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs
    • Experience training and supporting end users in NetSuite•
    • Experience testing NetSuite application instances to successfully validate application setups, including input to test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts is required
  • Minimum of 4 years Customer Success/Service Delivery/Consultant experience
  • NS SuiteFoundations Certification preferred
  • Basic understanding of all core business areas with a specialized understanding in financials or operations
  • Experience in the following NetSuite Modules:
    • Financials: Fixed Assets, Advanced Financials, Revenue Management, OneWorld, Basic Inventory, Sales and Procurement
    • Operations: Advanced Manufacturing, Advance Procurement, Advanced Inventory Management, WIP and Routings, WMS, Supply Allocations, MRP/Demand Planning
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and build teams that deliver services and solutions that surpass client expectations
  • Experience working in a performance driven culture with goal setting and defining & measuring customer KPIs

Financial Solutions Architect

The Vested Group is looking for a seasoned Solution Architect with 5+ years experience supporting clients in implementation and ongoing support of the Oracle NetSuite Cloud based ERP. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting, preferably with hands-on experience in previous career roles. Primary work will be focused on the Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes, including the following areas: General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Order Management and Inventory.

  • Liaison with The Vested Group Clientele to understand the desired outcomes, scope, and requirements and translate the business needs into well-architected, maintainable solutions
  • Provide advisory services leveraging leading industry practices to our clients in various matters impacting financial analysis and reporting.
  • Understand key configuration and design decisions in the ERP Platform and drive discussions with the business on best practices using core capabilities available in the system
  • Develop functional solution design documents aligned with business objectives
  • Play a leadership role in our expanding team and contribute towards the company’s growth strategy and objectives 
  • Collaborate with consultants/architects on various 3rd party applications to successfully deliver an integrated solution for our clients
  • Actively participate in iterative proof of concept exercises to explore solution options, documenting alternatives explored, and preparing a recommendation and estimates for moving forward
  • Grow expertise on our team by mentoring and coaching new or less experienced team members from both a technology and consulting perspective
  • Be curious and continually learn about the business and new capabilities within the NetSuite ecosystem in order to make recommendations around future initiatives of our processes and tools, including evaluation of patches and upgrades
  • Speak and present to any audience within an organization

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years NetSuite experience

  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Integrations, and Reporting experience

  • Minimum 5 years Accounting experience (CPA preferred)

Sales Operations Coordinator

The purpose of a Sales Operations Coordinator is to support the sales team in various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. This includes maintaining and updating CRM systems, managing client profiles, organizing sales-related events, and ensuring a sufficient supply of sales and marketing materials. The coordinator also plays a key role in managing various applications used by the sales team, assisting with reporting and communicating with clients regarding overdue accounts and gifts. Additionally, the coordinator helps manage partner relationships, update the website, and coordinate internal and external meetings. Overall, the Sales Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring effective communication and operations within the sales department.
 

Responsibilities: 

Assist the sales team by maintaining current, accurate CRM in Netsuite (SQL tracking, etc.), create/update client profile documents, manage ZoomInfo, and manage events and webinars (sales-related, ITAD, special projects, etc.) in a timely and efficient manner as needed
Maintain a sufficient supply of sales and marketing materials
Manage applications as the admin for HubSpot, Gong, Celigo, Crystal Reports, IBIS, Exclaimer, SalesLoft, Zoominfo, etc., and assist the sales team with reporting
Assist in communication and collections of overdue NetSuite accounts
Manage all client-related gifts (new client, holiday, thank you)
Update the website as needed with current team information
Communicate WinWires internally in a timely manner with grammatically correct and engaging content
Assist Onboarding Team with assigned duties to get new hires up and running quickly and efficiently
Manage NetSuite Partner Deal registration and other APC activity updates in a timely and efficient manner
All NUG meeting administrative activities and coordination with internal/external relationships
Assist in the development and proofing of all sales-related documents. This includes content as well as brand consistency.
Own the administrative side of our Solution Partner relationships, including scheduling, demo coordination, commission tracking, etc. (5-7 partners drive majority of activity)
Manage SDN leads
Manage NetSuite Learning Portal
Assist with demo prep
Assist with radio interview prep
 

Qualifications: 

At least 3 years Sales Operations experience
At least 2 years Event Planning experience
